Directions:
1. Boil the sauerkraut and leave to cool.
2. Prepare BURGER MIX according to label instructions. Place the prepared mix in a frying pan, break apart with a fork and add finely diced onion. Brown on oil over medium heat until outside is crispy.
3. Chop the cooled sauerkraut and mix with the „meat”. Add a pinch of marjoram.
4. Prepare pancakes according to label directions.
5. Put some stuffing in the middle of the pancake, fold in the sides and roll like a wrap.
6. Dip the croquettes in vEGGs and then in the crumbs, fry until brown.
