Jam thumbprint cookies

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 vEGGs
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- jam
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients until they are thoroughly combined and smooth. Freeze the dough for 10-15 minutes, remove from freezer and shape into cookies. Press a thumbprint in the center of each cookie, then fill with a spoonful of jam. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees C.
