Vegan Stew Mixes: 100% natural, high in protein & fiber,

All you need is some potatoes,
rice, bread or noodles
Mix entire contents of bag with 3 cups (750 ml) water and 1T oil*. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes. Place over heat, bring to boil and let simmer for 2 minutes. Your stew is ready.
*For example: rapeseed, sunflower or rice oil
