When can I use vEGGs?

vEGGs is not meant to make scrambled or fried eggs, but you can use it in recipes where egg is a binder.
It will perform great in countless recipes: cookies, muffins, cakes, pancakes, waffles,
breading, meatballs, burgers, casseroles, stuffings, dumplings, home-made noodles and many more.

In your recipes use the same number of vEGGs as you would use chicken eggs.
1 vEGGs „egg” is equal in volume to 1 large chicken egg.

vEGGs is a 100% plant-based egg substitute for baking and cooking made from all natural ingredients.

Simply mix the vEGGs powder with water and see it transform into a vegan egg in just 3 minutes!

Pour 50ml of water into a bowl (2 big spoons), add 5ml of vEGGs powder (1 small spoon), mix vigorously
with a whisk or a fork and let stand for 3 minutes. Your vEGG is ready for use!
*Measuring spoons are included in the package.

(If you let the mixture stand for longer than 5 minutes, it may thicken excessively.
Just add a little water and you will regain the desired consistency.)

Stop buying eggs from cage and barn-laid farming!

Save these intelligent, social animals from suffering.

Hens have astonishing memory, mathematical skills, rich vocabulary, enjoy good company, have feelings, help the weak... meet smart hens:

Cognitive abilities of chickens surpass those of cats, dogs and even some primates. They can count, know simple geometry and solve problems that can't be handled by small children.
In their natural environment they form complex social hierarchies. Hens recognize faces and hierarchy levels of up to 100 different hens thanks to remarkably good memory.
People who have spent some time with hens know that each individual has its personality: some birds are sociable and fearless, while others are more timid and alert, some hens prefer company while others are grumpy or even somewhat aggressive.
Hens have a habit of hugging themselves when falling asleep. They show empathy towards other hens, help the weak, defend their flocks, "mourn" the loss of their members.
Hens experience REM phases during their sleep, so scientists believe they have dreams just as we do.
Chickens use over 200 different sound signals for communication and they customize their style of "speech" to the audience. They formulate a message in a different way to a single individual, different to a larger group of hens, still different to the whole herd.
Hens begin to communicate with their children even before they hatch. The embryo in the egg is able to release distress signals, after which the mother responds or – if she is away - returns to the nest.

1 package contains 32 servings (32 vegan "eggs")

100% natural ingredients:

tapioca flour (cassava), potato starch, psyllium husk, inulin (chicory root fiber), thickening agent: guar gum*, Himalayan black salt (Kala Namak)**, natural color: plant carotenoids.
*Guar gum is an all-natural extract obtained from guar beans.
**Kala Namak salt provides vEGGs with an egg-like scent.

vEGGs is an environmentally friendly product

Using vEGGs to cook and bake you think ecologically

The production of chicken eggs requires many times more water thanthe production of vEGGs.
A hen must eat around 5,000 kcal of food to produce eggs with an energy value of 1,000 kcal. From an energy efficiency perspective, the production of eggs is only 20% efficient.
The production of vEGGs requires less energythan chicken eggs and thus releases lessgreenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
The vEGGs package is environmentally friendly. Both the carton and the contained ”foil” bag are 100% plant-based and biodegradable!
