Directions:
1. Prepare the veggies by cutting them into pieces of similar size. Root vegetables and pumpkins should be sliced thinly.
2. Place the Cultured Bio Pancakes mix in a bowl and whisk in the sparkling water (do not overmix the batter). Let the batter stand for 10-15 minutes.
3. Preheat oil (preferably rapeseed, sunflower or rice).
4. Dip the veggies in batter to coat them and carefully drop into hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown. Bon Appétit!
