Chickpea Balls

  • Preparation time: 20 minutes
  • 1 vEGG
  • ½ zucchini
  • 2 cans of chickpeas
  • 1 packet of frozen green peas (about 400g)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of flour (eg. gluten-free oat flour)
  • Parsley leaves
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • DIP: thick coconut milk, lime, chili peppers (blended together)

Directions:

1. Mix chickpeas, zucchini, green peas and garam masala in a food processor.

2. Add 1 vEGG, salt, pepper, parsley, flour and stir.

3. With wet hands form balls or burgers and deep fry.

4. Serve with the dip sprinkled with chopped parsley.
