Coffee donuts

Ingredients:
- 2 vEGGs
- 1 banana (110 g)
- 1/3 cup of plant-based milk, e.g. soy
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (10 ml)
- 1 cup oat flour or finely ground oats (110 g)
- 2 tsp freshly ground coffee (10 g)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (6 g)
- 6 dates (50 g)
Preparation:
Prepare 2 vEGGs according to instructions and blend with the remaining ingredients from part I. Mix all part II ingredients (except for the dates) in a separate bowl and combine with part I. Spoon the batter into the donut molds. Dice the dates and place them on top of the donuts. Bake at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes.
