Brownie

Ingredients:
- 1 tablet of dark chocolate
- 3 vEGGs
- 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp flour, e.g. oat flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/3 cup plant-based or regular milk
- 2 tbsp sweetener, e.g. erythritol
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A handful of cranberries and chopped walnuts
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
In a bowl prepare 3 vEGGs. Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Add the melted chocolate and all other ingredients into the vEGGs and stir.
In a bowl, knead vEGGs or whip regular eggs lightly. We dissolve chocolate in a water bath, i.e. pour hot water into the pot, and put the chocolate divided into pieces into a bowl. Put the bowl in the water and wait for the chocolate to dissolve. Then add chocolate and other ingredients to the eggs. Mix. Pour the batter into a bake pan and sprinkle with cranberries. Bake at 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
