Banana bread
Cook time: 60 min
Ingredients:
- 1 vegan egg (1 vEGG)
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup soy or other milk
- 1 tbsp ACV (apple cider vinegar)
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp vegan protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation:
1. Mix the prepared one vEGG with banana, milk and vinegar.
2. Combine the mixture with all the dry ingredients until smooth.
3. Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C.
