Directions:
1. Saute finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
2. Mix entire contents of one bag of Burger Mix or Meaty Mix with 300ml boiling water. Stir well and let stand for 5 minutes.
3. Form the mix into meatballs, place in a pan and fry in oil until brown.
4. Add sauted garlic and onion, tomato sauce, salt and herbs and cook for a couple of minutes.
Serve with potatoes, rice or pasta.
