Directions:
1. Dice finely onions and garlic. Saute in olive oil and add bay leaves.
2. Add finely diced chili pepper.
3. Slice bell peppers and mushrooms and add to the pan.
4. Add prepared MEATY MIX and mix thoroughly. Optionally you can add some salt, black pepper or other favorite spices.
5. Add tomatoes and a bit of white wine. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Add drained red beans and cook a little longer.
7. Sprinkle with fried onion and parsley. Serve with rice or tortilla.
